Why Elefynt?

Apparently Elephants are known for remembering places and each other well. We're using them as a symbol to remember to do good for the world.

What does it mean to do good for the world?

There are a lot of forgotten people in this world. They have many names, and can be found in many places, often right around the corner from us. Together, we're working to learn the names and stories of the forgotten ones, and create opportunities for new ways to work and live in our own communities and beyond.

But I just want to buy your coffee!

Sure. Every bag of beans or latte or cup of tea you purchase supports our work of creating better opportunities for the forgotten ones in our own neighbourhoods and other parts of the world. So yes, keep buying coffee!

(Right now we're selling small batch, locally roasted beans in Greenville, SC, USA. We'll start selling online to other areas of SC soon.)

About our Coffee

We locally roast single origin coffees and deliver them via foot, pedal, or mail truck. We mostly sell Elephant beans (look it up, it's a real thing), as long as we can source them. We'll be serving lattes in your local park or business car park in Summer 2025.

About our Tea

At Elefynt, contrary to many coffee preparers, we love tea too. But not just any tea, and not prepared in your momma's microwave (seriously?). We source our tea direct from Yorkshire, and prepare it like the British do. Occasionally we'll also let you drink herbals or chai.
